Open the Store screen inside the app (tap any locked game or the Pro badge) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought Pro with. If you use Family Sharing, the purchase is also available to everyone in your family group.

The first time you host or join, iOS asks for Local Network and Bluetooth permission; if you declined, re-enable them in Settings → Duel Lab. Both phones also need the same version of Duel Lab. Only the host needs Pro; joining is free.

No. The phones connect directly to each other over local Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Nothing goes online.

In a single save file on your iPhone. They are not synced to iCloud or any server, so they stay on the device they were created on. Deleting the app deletes them.

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account and choose the Duel Lab purchase.

That is on purpose. Player two's half of the screen is rotated to face them when the phone is held between two people. Hold the phone flat between you with player one at the bottom.
